Average delivery time
We strive for the best price-performance ratio for our products. That is why we choose to ship the products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save enormously on transportation, storage, packaging and shipping costs and to offer the products at a fair price.
Every order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is 7 - 14 days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge. We cover the shipping costs and delivery is 100% FREE to your home.
Track your order

Order process
If you would like to order one of our products from Lunensa, you must first add the desired product to your shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button.
Here it is important to check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. On the information page, you must enter the correct address details. Make sure that all information is entered correctly. If this information has been entered correctly, you can click on the “CONTINUE SENDING” button.
On the “Shipping” page, you have the option to double-check the address information entered. You can also see that every shipment within the Netherlands is delivered completely free of charge. You can now continue by clicking on the “PAY” button.
Secure payment
Once you have selected the correct payment method, you must click on the “Complete order” button. You will then be redirected to the secure payment environment of the payment method you have selected.

Returning products
