Additional Shipping & Delivery Information:

  • Processing Time: Every order is processed promptly. The typical processing time is 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: The average delivery time is 10–20 business days. Since we ship directly from our international production partners, delivery times may vary in individual cases. In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), you have the right to dissolve the contract if your goods have not arrived within 30 days.
  • Shipping Methods: We work with reliable partners such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Shipping Costs: Within Germany and Austria, shipping is free for orders over €95. For orders below this threshold or for other countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
    • Please note: As outlined in our T&Cs, any applicable import VAT or customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive your tracking number approximately 2–3 days after placing your order. You can check the status of your shipment at any time via our Track & Trace page.
  • Partial Deliveries: Due to the use of various international suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple separate packages.
