Sometimes, when shopping online, it can be difficult to accurately gauge how a product will look in reality. Color and finish may differ from your expectations, or you might simply not be completely satisfied. If there are any defects, please contact us first so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Return within 30 Days

If you have received incorrect items or the items delivered are faulty, please email us at info@lunensa.com to discuss further. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition. After returning the items, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Request a Return:

  • Please download, print, and fill out the return form if you don’t already have it. Request the return form using the form below.
  • Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you wish to return via email to [email protected].
  • Once approved, please ensure that your return is properly packaged and that all conditions listed below are met.
  • Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your package.
  • Use an insured, trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely to us.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@lunensa.com.

Return Conditions and Policies:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Please ensure that all return packages are sent via a trackable, insured service, as we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
  • Make sure the return form is approved. Without approval, your return may not be processed.
  • Promotional products are excluded from returns.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return.

Step 2: Send Your Order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to include a track-and-trace code with your package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the Purchase Amount in Your Bank Account
Once we receive your package, we will ensure the refund is processed, and the purchase amount will be credited back to your bank account within five working days.

We process our returns in the Netherlands. This may incur high shipping costs, up to 15 euros, which we do not reimburse.
