Returns Within 30 Days
We provide a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date you receive your goods.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lunensa.com so that we can arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for you.
Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. To receive a full refund, items should be in a condition that reflects a normal inspection (similar to what is standard in a physical retail store) and should ideally be returned in their original packaging.
How Returns Work – In Three Simple Steps
- Register Your Return: Contact us via our Contact Form or by email at support@lunensa.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will promptly send you the return form and the address of our logistics center.
- Ship the Item: Send the goods back to the provided address along with the completed return form. We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking, as you remain responsible for the transport until the package reaches our warehouse.
- Receive Your Refund: Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return Conditions
- Condition: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in an unused condition. In cases of significant signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a fee for the loss in value.
- Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
