Article 1 – Definitions
- Withdrawal Period: The 30-day window during which the consumer may exercise their legal right to cancel the contract.
- Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.
- Entrepreneur: Lunensa is a brand owned and operated by MannaFold Limited.
- Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer within the framework of an organized distance sales system without the simultaneous physical presence of the contracting parties.

Article 3 – Applicability and Choice of Law
- These conditions apply to every offer and every contract concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.
- Choice of Law: This contract is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. However, if the Consumer is resident in the European Union, they additionally benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence (particularly consumer protection rights).
Article 4 – The Offer and Pricing
- All offers are non-binding unless a specific period of validity is stated.
- Price Transparency: Prices are stated in EUR. As the products are shipped from outside the EU, the Consumer acts as the "Importer of Record." Prices exclude import VAT and customs duties. These costs are to be paid by the Consumer to the respective postal or courier service upon delivery.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
- The period begins on the day the Consumer (or a designated third party) receives the goods.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform the Entrepreneur by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email to support@lunensa.com).
- Replacement Items: The right of withdrawal applies fully to replacement items provided by the Entrepreneur under liability for defects.
Article 6 – Obligations During the Withdrawal Period
- During the withdrawal period, the Consumer shall handle the product and the packaging with due care.
- The Consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- The Consumer shall return the goods at their own expense within 14 days of notifying the Entrepreneur of the withdrawal.
Article 7 – Refunds
- The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer (with the exception of return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
- Audio or video recordings or computer software, provided the seal was broken after delivery.
Article 9 – Conformity and Statutory Warranty
- The Entrepreneur warrants that the products comply with the contract and reasonable requirements of reliability and fitness for purpose.
- Statutory Warranty: In accordance with EU law, the Consumer is entitled to a statutory warranty of at least two years for goods that are faulty or do not match the description.
- The Consumer should report defects to the Entrepreneur within a reasonable timeframe after discovery to ensure efficient processing.
Article 10 – Delivery and Execution
- The Entrepreneur will execute accepted orders promptly, but no later than within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon.
- If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, the Consumer has the right to dissolve the contract free of charge.
- The risk of damage or loss of the goods remains with the Entrepreneur until the goods have been delivered to the Consumer.
Article 11 – Complaint Procedure
- Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be submitted to the Entrepreneur with a clear description of the facts.
- The Entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If a longer processing time is required, the Consumer will be informed of the expected timeframe for a response.
